brownells sights and scope mounts

I heard you can only get a 100 bucks worth of parts from brownells or the usa, but do sights and scope mounts count as I heard somewhere on here that you can order the ultimak hanguard mount, is this true

Asking Brownells *is* the platinum standard.

Based on my experience, it would appear that scope rings and rails are not considered ITAR-controlled.

It's very crude, but the general guideline I've seen on what is ITAR-controlled seems to be along the lines
(If it was a part of or a replacement for an original part of the rifle as it was shipped from the factory,
it's probably ITAR-controlled.)

You can get a hint on the status by looking up a specific part on Brownell's web pages.
