I can find barrels and upper, parts which don't require FFL, if they are under $100, I can order those no problem right.
It's just not the bolts.

For things like magazine, it is always no go even if they are under $100.

Unless the rules just changed, this is not correct. As long as the magazine is 10 rounds or less for pistol (5 for semi-rifle) and the company is registered then its not an issue
If you don't believe me, try to order a 10 rounds FN TBM rifle magazine (bolt action NR). Upon checkout, the system will not let you enter Canadian address. Sandy also confirmed that it can't be shipped to Canada.
That's because the particular manufacturer of that magazine doesn't have the permits required to have Brownells export that item. But you can order mags from Brownell's, it just depends on the manufacturer.

Ahh I see. Is there a way to import these ones then?
Probably not from Brownell's. You could try Irunguns.
Yes indeed try Irunguns to import even from 3rd party venders that they do not even regularly or have never dealt with. I ordered a barrel from ARperformance15.com with the help of IRG.Probably not from Brownell's. You could try Irunguns.
I thought there is another company that import stuffs from US. Do you guys recall the name?
