Browning 1911-380 Question

being it's a smaller and lighter pistol, how is the kick/recoil from the .380 like vs. a standard 1911 with 9mm or even .45 Auto?

380 is way snappier in my Walther PP as compared to 9mm in my other pistols including a 1911 style.
No direct comparison between similar style pistol though.

I have one, I find it has very low recoil, fun to shoot, wife likes its.

I have one as well. It is a small light pistol, and I don't find it has a lot of recoil. I think it's very similar to my CZ 9mm.

Most 380's like the PPK and other sub compacts are unlocked action blowbacks and therefore have a more sharp unpleasant kick than a locked action 9mm. Some 380's however are locked actions like the Browning 1911-380. Expect a pleasant light kick form her.
