Browning 22: Exactly what is this?

Browning fans, I need some assistance here. Got this coming from Tradex, listed as a Medalist, but I'm thinking it's not quite. Having seen & handled a real medalist, this one is a bit too different. The price was too good to resist though. What do you guys figure?

Looks like an FN Medalist. It's hard to tell from the photo if the barrel is round or slab-sided. HOw long is the barrel? Browning and FN made the International Medalist, with a slightly shorter barrel, from 1977 to 1980.

I was told "around th 5-ish range" on the barrel length, and these came in from Europe as part of a mixed shipment, so that would make sense. When she gets in, I'll have to post a couple of close up picks on this.
