Browning 243 Brass ??

Just picked up a bag of once fired .243 brass and it's Browning.
Didn't know they manufactured ammo - any idea who actually made the brass and is it any good?

I think you can rest assured that the Browning name would not be on an inferior product.
I would be happy to use it.

I have about 100 rounds and was told the maker was Norma.

I have some Browning brass that I got in a deal a couple of years ago. I find that the primer pockets are very tight making priming and depriming require a lot more force than my other brass. I also found that they were very tight to put in the shell holder on my Lee auto prime. They do seem to shoot fine.

Yup, likely 1970s manufacture. I think it had pretty much disappeared by 1979, but I do recall the gold and black boxes.
