Browning auto 5 magazine tube thread size?

You can bet it is not a thread you can find in the Machine Handbook but you should be able to measure the threads per inch or the old metric equivalent and the diameter and have someone with a lathe cut it for you. Of course yo have to have a tube heavy enough to work with.

The thread diameter is one inch and the pitch is 32 TPI. Are you trying to clean up the male or female thread on your A5. D H

Thank you for your help. I want to "clean" the female or the receiver. Since we are on that subject, do you know what is the thread for magazine tube on the cap side. The 1903 and the first months of 1904 they had fine thread than they change for coarse thread.
