Browning B92 .44 Mag Centennial edition

Good afternoon gunnutz, I had a broken Winchester 101, and a really messed up Winchester 101 XLR, I traded to my local LGS for $1260 off a $2,000 new gun.

Did I do well here? I paid about $900 for both the 101's, and one of them was completely useless due to a broken safety tang.

I have to agree $2000 for the browning 92 is a bit steep but since you say the guns you traded in were not worth much you probably did ok.The biggest thing is though ,if you are happy with the deal that’s all that is important

101's are nothing spectacular, the brownies are nice guns.
Check back on the website you traded them in on to see what they are selling them for, might give you an idea if you got ripped or not.
$2k for B92 is very high though.

Couple years ago mode 94’s we’re going for 400-750 . Gun prices have almost gone as crazy as plumbing supplies . Browning makes quality and 92’s are very slick . Enjoy it.

I've yet to try it, I've got an ATA shoot Sunday, was hoping to fire off a couple. Not sure if I'll be interested in shooting anymore after the 500 12 gauge I'll be going through.

Sit on the couch and watch a movie ( old western helps) and rack the action 50 times a night - no dry fire- you will be amazed at how nice the 92 can get . Everyone who tries it will want it and that’s an awesome caliber to get it in .
