Browning BARs with blued trigger??

I know where there is a BAR 308 in pretty much mint condition for sale. It has a blued trigger, not gold. I'm thinking this BAR with the blued trigger is all Belgium made, not assembled in Portugal,....am I right?

Nope, earlier made in Belgium, assembled in portugal got blued triggers too. If you got a grade II or higher it would of came with a gold trigger. Not until early 90's when all models came with the gold trigger and bolt release.

Thanks 7.62Nato. I just came on site to say that my thoughts were wrong. I searched the net for over an hour this morning trying to find this out, so then I posted the question on here,...then I searched for another hour this evening and finally I saw one on a thread that was made in 1989,...and I knew 1989 was to late to be all Belgium.
