browning BBR 270 wont feed?

This rifle wont feed the shell out of the clip without it jamming on the front of bullet mostly from one side of clip. This is the second 1 that I no of with this problem both 270win brothers 30-06 works fine in same rifle. It feeds some of them but if you remove shell its aways scraped on the bullet.
Anybody hear of this or have a cure?
 
I had this problem with my BBR in 300 win mag.close examination of the feed ramp on the chamber showed a small burr,a little polishing and I have never had any problems since
