Browning BLR replacement barrels?

Wondering if anyone knows a Canadian source for Browning BLR replacement barrels - either standard or take down. Also looking for bolt heads to match. So far everyone keeps saying browning only sells their barrels matched to a receiver.

I know it is in US, but they are listed on Brownells, so they SHOULD be available to Canada.
