Browning BPS vs. Remington 870 Fieldmaster

The Rem Fieldmaster cannot even compare to the Wingmaster or BPS for build quality.

If you want ambidextrous the BPS is a no brainer. As a bonus, when done shooting, you can pickup the hulls close to you, not wandering around left or right to find them...

Anyone wanting a BPS shouldn't delay too long as I believe they've been discontinued.
And Calgary Shooting Centre has the Fieldmaster currently on sale for those interested.

No, neither the BPS or the BLR is discontinued. IDK where this is coming from ? Google search results, lol ? Just check Brownings website.

Yes I can confirm .... all my 870s have very strong ejector springs .... and they throw the hulls 50 meters out in all directions. Some of the hulls even end up on the roof of my house. A real pain to collect those hulls ....

When searching for the BPS a few references have popped up saying they've been discontinued. No idea as to whether it's a fact. If it's on the internet who knows?
An email to Browning is in order I suppose.

Edit: in checking the Browning site it's showing 3 models still being made and 51 models discontinued.

I get your sarcasm but I won't have to crawl into a willow thicket 3 to 4 feet away from me. But OK some peoiple like to do so, some don't !

And some don't even bother to pick-up their garbage.

They cut back on different models big times. Bread and butter I suppose are there to stay, for now...
