Hi I am new. i hope i have this posted in the right spot. I am looking for a new rifle and like the idea of the fast reloading of lever action and wondering if anyone has any expereince good or bad with this rifle? How much more kick will a 7 mm rem mag have over a .30-06?

Shouldnt recoil a whole lot more than the 30-06. most 7mm Mags are like that.
As for the rifle, It may the best lever gun out there. Nice to have a removable magazine. Dont field strip the action, you wont get it back together.
They are usually plenty accurate for hunting. 1" groups are the norm at 100yds with factory fodder. reloading will tighten these up.
Some say the long actions are not as balanced as the short actions, but that would be a personal preference thing.
