Hello folks, curious as to what you think a gently used 625 sporting would sell for? Overall excellent condition, far as I can tell includes all parts/accessories it came with new. 30" ported, adjustable comb.

Thanks for the input, any idea what they would have retailed for new?
From the 32nd Edition of the Blue book of Gun Values ( American $$ and outdated edition ) the msr was $3600.00 add $400 for the adjustable comb , for 12 gauge only. pg 426 , 32 nd edition on the Blue Book
My opinion is only worth as much as you know your local market prices and the current flavor of the guys shooting on the line.

Are you buying or selling? I may be interested for the right price as I'd like to replace my Browning Cynergy Featherlite.

Everyone is entitled to their opinion for sure, but following flhtcui, says it should be worth 3200.... I would think that is very generous, particularly for a multiple owner firearm.

I have seen several 725s come and go for 25-2750 on the EE.

Maybe I am just cheap.

It's not just you. There is no way that I would pay $3200 for a used 625 Sporting.

I have seen several examples come and go through the gun dealers used gun list at $ 2495 . a shooting buddy of mine got a lnib 20ga 625 sporting a couple summers ago from Ross for that price . $3200 used is a very optimistic value .

$2500 is fair on that gun... and then, only if you if you find the right buyer... at 2.5K you won't get any bargain shoppers.

Hey, I only offered an opinion from a well respected publisher on firearms.
Far be it from me to say what it should be worth lol.
The market will dictate what it is worth and some leg work by ones self is what will really determine the true market value of a nice shotgun.
No idea if I would buy such a gun myself, but if I where to , it would take some research from several locations to determine if it would come home with me.

Nytroxpress I was just asking because I had my eye on one for sale. A friend just bought a used 325 in great shape for 2000. These o/u really seem to hold value, I ended up going with a slightly used 725 sporting for just shy of 3000 with a few extra goodies. After handling and shooting a round with a co-worker's 725 I knew that's what I was getting.

I'm sure if I waited and kept an eye out for a 725 I could have saved a few hundred but I'm happy with what I paid including a break down case and a added light full choke.

What it comes down to it is only worth what someone is willing to pay for it. From what I see on the EE the higher end shotgun sit on there for months on end prob becuase there isn't that many people willing to pay that much for a shotgun and the people with deep pockets would rather just buy a new one that buying a used one for only a few dollars less.
