I got a Browning Citori skeet gun a while ago on trade, by the browning sight it was made in 1977 and is 12 gauge with 26 inch barrels mark with **S which is skeet choking. It also have the inserts for 20, 28 and 410 with it.
I am thinking on selling it so looking for a rough value for this,
Picutres show the crack were the forend was repaired and it is solid repair
The wood on the gun is refinished I would say
The inserts are in the last picture
Thanks
John

Are these full length tubes, or the small sidekick types.
They look to be longer than 14" tubes to me.
But , have no first hand knowledge of those options.

I absolutely despise the forends on those skeet models.

How hard would it be to fit a new fore stock?
Spendy I am sure..
It is worth what the market will bare.
$1200.00 spitballing guesse.

I would be inclined to simply contour the existing forearm and refinish... they really are an awkward, ugly thing.

The short barrels kind of kicks the price in the *$$ . how ever the tubes are a plus . I would think $ 1000 .00 to $ 1600.00 dependent on how fast a sale your looking for .

It depends how much use the gun has seen. A picture showing the position of the action lever with the action closed might help. The 26" barrels definitely hurt the price , as most people desire longer barrels to shoot skeet these days.

I will get a picture of the top lever in the next day or so but it is straight back, I am more into SXS so did look at this,

Send me a private note on the cases, I have 4 at home right now that a guy is coming to look at and there are a few more in the estate and let me know if you are looking for anything speical jpbcal308

The lever being right of center indicates less wear, left of center indicates more wear.

Those tubes look like Purbaugh tubes from back in the day though I am really stretching the memory banks. By the looks of the chamber insert ends they may be a matched weight set? They don't however look new enough to be screw choked? A new set of matched weight tubes nowadays is $1300+ US dollars. I'd factor a few hundred dollars added to your guns price for the tube set.
