is there any difference, between a browning satin hunter and the lighting? can not decide on which one.

The Lightning is a little fancier, and has a 3" chamber, while the Satin Hunter is plainer, and has a 3-1/2" chamber. The grip is different is well. There is also a Satin Lightning, which has the same style grip as the Lightning.

stubblejumper nailed it, The Hunter to me feels a little bit bulkier and heavier. If you cant decide, get the satin lightning, price is between the two and handles like the lightning which is a little better balanced and has a nicer finish.

Agreed! Have shot both and recently bought the Lightning as it just felt a little nicer when handling and shooting the gun. Not to say there is anything wrong with the Hunter! Both are quality guns!
