Although I prefer the composite for Grouse and the high tech look of the Cynergy

+1. I think the cynergy and new benelli 828u are definitely targeted at a younger generation.

Technically speaking I don't agree because it is perfect for long walk in the woods with its light weight and one feels no guilt if we scratch the composite etc

But I agree with you on one point only, price vs use, no need for expensive gear for grouse hunting. And this shotgun is expensive.

However if you mean Grouse is traditional hunting and this one is modern, then it is only a matter of taste, in 2015, we can hunt grouse with a futuristic looking shotgun if it fits us well (and our budget)

Speaking of Grouse yesterday I hunted all day long and got 4 grouse with my old Marocchi Silver Snipe 12. Great day in the wild reserve northern Montreal

I'd rather have a regular Cynergy vs Featherweight. Good not great shotgun for clays. Will still leave a mark after a hundred or so LOL!

I agree but won't shoot that much at clay ranges. Not a serious clay shooter.
