Browning's " 1st. generation" of Citori Sporters c.1989-1994 ... while Sporting was pretty much in it's infancy in North America.
Overall, they were to me more like a long-barrelled (for the time) Skeet gun adapted to Sporting, while future generations like the 325, 425, 525, 625, Ultra, Special & XS Sporters were more typical of other European or British Sporting guns.
Not really all that many made ... and were quickly surpassed in features by both Browning themselves and other makers. The red lettered GTI's were first year production, after that, they wer lettered in gold.
