Browning Hells canyon long range. Good or Bad

I had a 7mm hells canyon longrange for a short time got it off here ! It shot hand loads very well but like you guys said it's just a glorified x-bolt !
I sold it and now have a Christensen arms ridgeline with the carbon fibre barrel and I will never go back to browning after shooting this gun it's amazing

That price is way out of reason for what you get. For that price, you should at least get a quality trigger that adjusts below 3lbs.

If you paid say $1000 for a base rifle, how much extra would you have to pay to have it Cerakoted, the McMillan stock, a muzzle brake, and a decent 20 minute rail? Seems to me there'd be enough left over from the purchase of a Hells Canyon Long Range McMillan for a Timney trigger. I wouldn't buy one because I dislike the over engineered Browning bolt, but you can't argue that there isn't value in the package.

The 7 twist is too fast even for a slow cartridge like the creedmoor. Twist rate for a 6.5 has been proven out by the Swedes.

HUH ??

1-7 is Perfectly FINE and VERY good if your shoot 140-147 gr bullets in a 6.5 CM ! Most are 1-8 ! Factory Swede twist is 1-8 too ! MY Swede LOVES 123 Lapua Scenar bullets with a 1-8 twist in a Tikka T3 ! RJ!
