I have some Hi Power parts and trying to do a sanity check on the price. Among other items there is an Inglis slide, the one with fixed sights, and a German/Nazi marked barrel. What kind of value does one place on those items?

i believe it does.

Yes and it should match the number on the frame and barrel. They should all be inline, horizontally

You might come across a pistol that has had the slide replaced or the barrel replaced and un numbered.
