Who sells these?

I know wolverine does but it doesn't look like they have them in stock and they need to be ordered.

I see that they come in two finishes, one in a blueing and the other parkarized, does anyone have any pictures of the parked model?

Anyone own a browning hipower?

post some pics if you do,

I got one from ellwoodepps. Not really parkerized, nicer and apparently very tough.

Hey prproulx, your Hi-Power is the first one I have really seen posted on here that looks exactly like mine. You should get some hogue wrap around grips. Best thing I ever did for it.

I sold it a while back. I shot my best group with good old fashioned wood grips on my blued model.
PS I think NAA has two, one in 9mm and .40

Do High-Powers look anything like "The Bastard"? I destroyed the FM's frame and I had it rebuilt on an FN frame. The frame work was done by Alex Hamilton and the hard chrome by Virgil Trip. Lastly, the grips are by my friend, Hakan Pek. Regards, Richard:)

"...does the "Hi-Power" stand for..." Nope. It's a marketing term.
You looking for a new production or just a BHP? Current production commercial BHP's come blued or with a black epoxy finish. CF issue pistols(Inglis made during W.W II) are black phosphated(same idea as parkerizing, but done with different chemicals).

Very nice looking pistol, Richard, beautiful finish on the frame (expected, I guess considering who did the work :D ) and those grips look spectacular and appear to have a very nice contour to them - nicest combat grip I've seen on an HP. (I swear when I retire I'm moving south, just for the quality of work that's available on pistol finishing)
