I've found what is "supposed" to be a 40+year old Browning Semi Auto .22.
I haven't seen it yet but, supposed to be in same condition as it was 40 years ago. Fella's moving and, found it tucked away in closet. Pre-dates his marriage. Still has original box. I've read about these but, n'er seen or, handled one.
I don't know what "grade" it is or, even if Browning graded them that long ago. It's a few hour's drive away from me but, am tempted to check it out.
Ball-park numbers on what such a thing should be worth?
All replies appreciated. I'm guessin' the entire contents of my safe could be replaced for what this may fetch but, dunno...Brownings have always been out my "league"
