Cleaning out the last of my dads gun locker and there were two bbls for browning pump actions One is a trap bbl. There is rust buld uo on external and internal part where it goes into the action.. Can some one give me a suggestion in cleaning that up to be serviceable? Thought about a dremel tool ? Thanks

Forget the Dremel.
How bad is the rust?
Very fine steel or, preferably, bronze wool with oil might do the job. A copper or brass scraper with oil is also useful.
If there is real pitting, the only way to remove it is to dress down the surface, but that will require refinishing.

As tiriaq has mentioned, x x x steel wool or bronze wool if you can find it.
Some G-96 and some good ole fashioned elbow grease .
You have nothing to loose and something to gain.
