Browning Rifle

Want to purchase a new 300 Win mag Browning rifle.
Any news about the new X-Bolt series? or should I stick with a good old proven A-Bolt model?

What do you guys think?

I gots one in 7 rem mag and one in .338 win, absolutly no complants here. A bit pricey but worth it IMHO

I have an X Bolt in .308 (Composite Stalker). Great gun!

got a .338 x-bolt with the dura touch stock. Great gun for the money, my favorite go to rifle now! shoots 1 inch at 100y and just handles great. Like the light weight but recoil still managable even with the magnum calibre.

I have a 7mm WSM in the X-bolt [composite stalker]. Most accurate big game gun I have right now.
The butt on the stock is a bit small, though, and I think that contributes to more felt recoil. It's easy to carry, and is fast handling, and since it's so accurate I don't mind a bit more felt recoil.

I just bought one In 300 win mag. I got the hunter version. Gun is very accurate, and I really don't think it has that much of a recoil. You won't be disappointed with this rifle.
