Hi Wildcats; A couple of things don't make sense. I don't believe Browning ever used a long Sako action on any of their rifles. They used Sako small and medium length actions but none of these are long enough to handle the .308 Norma caliber.
You say the Sako receiver is an L69 but only the L691 action is close to this number and was only produced for a few year in the early 1990's. If you send me photos of this rifle to my email address
