Browning Safari Value?

Hi Wildcats; A couple of things don't make sense. I don't believe Browning ever used a long Sako action on any of their rifles. They used Sako small and medium length actions but none of these are long enough to handle the .308 Norma caliber.
You say the Sako receiver is an L69 but only the L691 action is close to this number and was only produced for a few year in the early 1990's. If you send me photos of this rifle to my email address rifle@telus.net I might be able to identify it for you.

Regards; Aubrey

Hi Wildcats; Got your photos. As suspected - you have a standard Browning Safari rifle with the usual Browning FN action. Photos not great but rifle looks to be in approx. 80% to 90% condition. Haven't been keeping up on old Browning Safari values. Some of the Browning fans who are watching can give you a decent value estimate but they will need shaper photos.

Regards; Aubrey
