Traded about $1000 in electrical stuff for this,
It's in really nice shape
Any idea what I've got here? What's something like this worth?

That is a newer production superposed from what I can see. The forearm on the FN guns I am familiar with had a screw in the forearm , and when the barrels were taken off the forearm stayed on them.
Can someone tell me when they changed the design, and if FN was building the that way or did they change when the went with Mirouku?

The forend is someone’s alteration looks like a good job on the Finnish.
1200$ ish value many will say more but in reality that’s about it
Nice hunting gun

Serial # says made in 1962. It's got a weird forend on it, very wide.

That gun is unalterd it's a skeet model I have a full set 12 20 28 410 . They called that model Superskeet A $1000 on a trade is a steel IMHO you did good on that deal Trans Am the saltwood thing is more fiction than fact only happens when a gun gets soaked and not properly cleaned and dried.

The gun is a 69 example S9 : 69
Warsaw likely got it correct ont the model as far as value 1200-1500$ tops in this country unless you are a skeet shooter no that great as a field condition is good some freckles and normal wear nice gun

With the number of gun clubs in Ontario a skeet model will fetch a higher price. Much better gun than a Citori and they run on the used market $1500 and up that gun if 28inch would bring a couple grand in my opinion in Ontario anyways.

A beater that gun is not. For a 50 year old plus gun wood and metal is almost like new . Rare bird in IMHO Just took another look at the pics that rib looks like a Broadway trap gun ? Trans Am what is the barrel length and chokes on that gun ?

Well - Like all guns used for sporting purposes, the question begs... How much has it been shot? What is the position of the top lever?

Don't know, guy had it for 35 years and never shot it, he's a rifle guy. The lockup is very tight, the release lever is on an angle enough to almost read the lower two serial number digits.

I'm going to go through it and clean it, it's been a safe queen for ages.

30" barrel, he thinks full chokes on both as a dime wouldn't fit into either barrel.

That forearm is factory original. The entire gun is original and very clean. In that shape guys ask $2500 and they don’t sell. Even at $2000 I don’t know how quickly it would sell. I’d say it would sell in the $1500-$2000 range realistically.
