Browning T-bolt for 2006

Any that I ran into were quite well thought of by their owners. The original factory peep sights were pos though. The only one that I personally owned was in collector condition--I only fired a box through it and sold it to a collector. As I recall it was quite accurate.

I have been interested in these for quite sometime myself. I have had next to no luck finding someone who currently own's an original, never mind finding one for sale. The origional, I have read, has a stellar reputation for accuracy due to it's two locking lugs and bolt face/barrel face lockup design. Even though info on the new one is a little sketchy, I decided to take a leap of faith and put my money where my mouth is. I hear people say all the time that the new made in Japan version will not be as good as the Belgian made origional, but I look at my 25 year old Japanese made Browning O/U shotgun that has ten's of thousands of rounds throught it and is still very tight, and I think that it is probably a good risk. It might be middle of the road. But I think it won't be junk. If only I didn't have to wait until possibly November to find out.
