Browning T Bolt any body have one I was thinking of getting one in a 22Mag. but the bolt and locking system seems a little wimpy to me just wondering what you all think how do you think they will stand up after a few years and thousands of rounds they make them in 17Hmr and 22lr as well.

The originals are hard to find, they were accurate and durable and no one will sell you one. The new one is the same design. What's that tell you?

Ditto the rimfire A-Bolt.

I had a new one in .22 LR. Shot well, accurate and nice handling. The magazine was innovative and reliable. BUT the trigger group is made of plastic, including the trigger itself! I expected more from Browning. I returned it to Wholesale Sports, showed them the trigger "gold" was flaking off after less than two weeks of use. The manager of the Saskatoon store, Mr. Dixon, gave me a full refund, no questions asked. He said he'd expect more from Browning too. If you can live with plastic parts, you will likely appreciate it as a smooth handling, accurate rifle.
I'd buy an old one, but not a new model T-bolt.

Thanks I can't live with plastic Looks like a Ruger 77 22Mag thanks alot for the input.

I was just looking into a t-bolt on Saturday.
Love the action, have heard the accuracy could be better.
Just knew if I tuned into CGN, 'the rest of the story' would be here.
Browning has had plastic parts for years, but how often do they fail ??
I had hoped for more, but not surprised these days.

hold out for one of the original ones, yes they are harder to find but they do come up,I purchased 2 of them this past spring at the Kamloops gun show, both in the $450.00 range.
