Oh I dig that! Anyone know the price?
Well, there is nothing it can do that a regular shottie can't, in the end it is still just a short O/U with a top rail and fiber optic sights, with only 2 shots to boot.
But it has some interesting perks I suppose. I am quite fond of mine.
-It can break down into 3 pieces no longer than 19" in about 3 seconds, making transport super simple. It can fit into any backpack with ease, and be put back together in the blink of an eye.
-18.5" barrels on this O/U gives it the same length as a 14" barrel 870, its super short. Plus chokes!
-Lightweight, about 6lbs
-There is something to be said for simplicity.
-Its unique and fun, having some old school nostalgia with a few modern perks.
I did a review on the HS-12 a few weeks back in the black shotguns section.

Shipping to whom? It comes in its own box? Why would you need to attach the barrel to the forearm? And for what shipping purpose???
And how would that make less noise!?

How does it balance/ carry in da bush?

It's short OAL and light weight make it a dream for bush carry. Either as a animal defence gun or a backup gun, grouse gun or a camp gun. Note there are no provisions for a sling, but I just got one of those shotgun scabbards and it works just fine.
Mind you because its light it does kick quite nicely, but thats part of the fun. Only gripe with this shottie? Extractors not ejectors, but thats not a huge deal.
I love the idea of the 2 chokes and ability to install more chokes.
Silly question... if we screw in a FULL or Super FULL choke, will that work for turkey season? I just love the portability!

Dunno about the chokes, but I could see this thing working very well for short range birds such as turkey and grouse.
And OAL is nearly exactly the same length as a 14" barrelled 870. I put them side by side its practicaly identical +/- 1". Of course this gun has 18.5" barrels so your saving length by means of the receiver.
This makes no sense?

Pay attention now and let me know if this is too fast for you?
When I take down (dissassembly for you) and put it into my pack.,it would be nice if the forearm snapped onto (that's attach itself for you) securly onto it's proper place on the barrel (you know, where it's suppose to be when assembled)
That way it isn't rattling around and getting chipped/banged around for no purpose.
Was that simple enough for you?
I can draw you a picture and post it if it make's it easier for you to understand.

SHIPPING typically involves packaging and mailing. I don't usually say I'm shipping my gun when I put it into my backpack for a hike.
"Hey guys, I'm shipping my shotgun in my backpack to go for a hike!"
You're lack of reading comprehension, and then attempt to condascend is amusing. If I were you I'd re-read your original post before looking any more dumb.
To each their own, beauty is in the eye of the beholder etc. I see no practical use for it really. Why would you not want a multi shot pump for tactical purposes? you shoot your 2 shots here then fumble in the dark to reload? Not me.
