Browning Target Max ?

did a search for info and only came up with wts ads
Browning 'used' to have a pretty good rep, are there problems with the target rifles?

or can it keep up with the Bergara HMR?

Never seen one except in 4 Sale ads NEVER heard any one speak of one either Odd that the Browning boys are=not bragging them up . I see they even chamber it in 6 GT
