Browning Trombone

Hi
My wifes grandfather is searching for a browning trombone, that has a groove on the receiver for a scope. He says that he had one before. I'm just wondering if Browning ever made such a rifle or is he mistaken?
Any info would be great.

I got a 1952 Trombonne and no grooves on it.

Of course you dont see it on the photo

I just checked and Browning made the Trombone up until 1974, so that late of a one could have grooves for a scope.

Yep, the later models had grooves. Good luck in the search!

Make sure to specify condition, or you may end up getting a rusty Trombone...
