Need some help on determing the value of a Browning Super Light 20 ga over and under shoutgun. Belgian made. Excellent condition..don't see a mark on the wood or metal. Thanks, Ron

Judging. From your trader rating you know firearms. & firearm value. So without going into the usually comments about pics and more info would help here"s the thing. If this is what you say it is and condition is what is what is mentioned in a strong market this gun could be 3k. But the market is soft. &. Even softer in Canada especially on high end shotguns
selling this gun is determined more by how much you have invested in it and how bad you want to sell it

I'm not into shotguns....just C3, C3a1, Enfield and precision rifles...so I was hoping for a little help from you guys. The Browning is marked "Super Light" 26" barrels, shotgun style butt, SN 3###x V 73 if that helps. Fit and finish is excellent. No case although I was told it came with one. Just looking for an approx value so I can help these folks out. Ron

This a "Superposed". Made in Belgium. Clearly marked "Super Light" and 20ga 2 3/4" shells.

Long tang, straight grip stock, nicely checkered and gloss finished.

Has the stock been altered and is LOP still at 14.25" ?

No experience with the straight grip stocks on a Superposed but in the condition described if not altered ballpark 3K gun. Just outside the saltwood gun years so worthy of a careful look over.

I'm well versus in firearm repair restoration just not shotgun values as they aren't my thing.

Stock has not been altered. Has the Browing butt plate. What yeat do you make this?...I tried looking this up on the Browning site.

No corrossion.

I'm all too familar with "salt wood" stock...that was a repair experience I care not to remember.....was ugly!!!!!

Thanks,

Ron

Browning manufacturing date is a "1973".
