Browning X-Bolt - convince me

No other rifle I have ever handled felt more at home in my hands than the x-bolt. Once I picked it up I knew instantly. It felt so good I almost didnt care how well it shot.

I reload for one of my buddies who has a x-bolt stainless stalker in 270WSM and it is a pleasure to shoot and handle.

actually the one I looked at was .270 WSM. Very, very nice. I have no experience with these types of loads. I started big game hunting later in life, within the last decade or so, but before I got in the Army ( back in the mid-80's) all people seem to have used when I grew up in Alberta was .303, .30-30, and .30-06. I chose the .308 cause I used it in the Army, its an all round great round, and you can buy it almost anywhere.

I have an X-BOLT Hunter and love it.
Strong checkering for a great grip. Light weight. Feeds well. Glass Bedded action.

I have it in 270 stainless stalker composite ,excellent hunting gun and no worries about stalk chipping if dogging it thru forest love it many deer taken .
