Browning XT adjustable butt

Hi all, I have an newer XT with the adjustable comb accessed through a hole in the butt pad (as opposed to the two allen bolts on the side of the comb on older models). I'd like to add an adjustable butt to this gun ( http://www.recoil-less.com/products.php?cat=1 ), but am not sure I can because of the comb hardware being accessed through the butt. Has anyone else faced this issue and furthermore, has anyone found a solution?

You can can drill a hole thru the new pad plate that screws to the stock. Depending on your final pad adjustments you might have to loosen it (the rubber buttpad) in order to be able to adjust the comb. The XT should also have the long servo rod that sticks out aprox. 1/4" into the original pad. If that is the case it may interfere with the adjustment possibilities of your new pad... No worries though as you can order a shorter servo rod from a bunch of different places in the US.
