The point is one is registered, and the other wouldnt be. One is extremely easy to go after, and the other is a logistical nightmare........

By all means buy the restricted version though, its your money.

I would just much prefer having the NR version myself.

We work with Herron Arms; they can set you up with a barrel shoud no problem. They do excellent work.
