Can someone share some experience about this one? How does it handle, and is it reliable? How do you like it? Is it worth the price?

REALLY fat grip must have medium to large size hands. Built like a tank. Highly reliable with FMJ never tried JHP. Any absolute BLAST to shoot.

Needs 10rd mags. Goes to show import any new SMG without the stock to get it classed as a pistol before you bring in the full version.

Mine handles like a dream. Deadly accurate as well. Can hit small plastic toy army men at 50 feet consistently. (toys are about 1" big)

If you have the $$ and the time, I'd recommend it as a fun and easy.

Plus, everyone asks if it is an Uzi. Lots of great stares and it spooks the hunters too :)

So the grip is little big...? Is it uncomfortable to hold, though? I guess I have faily small hands. Compare to AR grip, would you say it's a lot bigger?
How does stock feel? Looks a little flimsy... Good support?
I'm asking because, obviously, I'm thinking about getting one. I suddenly got this sub-machinegun bug... Don't know why.

I had one for about 6 years or so (was from the first batch brought in). Handled everything from NATO ball to 115 grain JHP loads. It is quite accurate and very pleasant to shoot. Accessories such as longer barrels and spare parts are easy and cheap to get through Wolverine Supplies. The grip is large but I found it to be comfortable, I wear a medium for gloves if that helps. Outwardly it is quite similar to the Mini-UZI, but is restricted instead of prohib. Sold it to help finance a house purchase. Pretty sure I will regret the sale, but it went to a good home. The stock is quite rigid, nothing flimsy about it at all. The gun is overbuilt and works every time. Spare mags are 25/5's 3 for 186 bucks and comes with a mag pouch. The thigh holster that comes with it is comfortable and pretty fun to use. When I was shopping around I had it down to the FAMEA SAF and the BRS-99. After handling both extensively I went with the BRS-99 and never regretted it.

No regrets in buying one

and it's a fave with the guys at the range when I bring it out. I make sure to bring it to the range when I have newbie guests out for their first shoot, so I get a chance to explain about "machine guns" and semi automatic look-alikes. No one has ever refused to try it out! :D

By the by, did anyone get the .22 conversion kit? Is it any good?

The fun part is that you have available space in the handguard to put a laser or tacticool flashlight.

Here is mine:

Thats true that the grip is big, but i got accustomed to it. It look so cool, like a UZI...

Thanks for the heads up Deckard. Memnoch, which light did you find to fit best? I've been looking into a nice flashy light to blind those paper targets before unleashing a fury of 9mm.

With 5 round mags, I think it'd be more of a "flurry";)

I've got one, functions very well. The grip is something you get used to very quickly and dosen't affect performance at all.

I've got a verical forearm grip instead of the flashlight grip in the picture. A little more comfortable that way.

Also recoil is almost nothing because of the heavier frame. Follow up shots remain accurate, even in quick succession.

Shame about the mags though, that's the only bummer.

I ordered the 50$ marstar flashlight. In my humble opinion, this is an awesome product for the price. I compared it with my pelican m6 lithium and it is almost as bright! I found a way of holding it properly inside the handguard. I think Wolverine supplies sell the real Flashlight and support for it.

Good luck.

I had a chance to shoot this thing the other day courtesy (or lack thereof) of kodiak. Here is my opinion on the BRS:

Pros - The magazine, very easy to load, especially if one shoots plenty of rifles. Accuracy, this little smg really surprised me.

Cons - The magazine, limited to only 5 rounds. Ergonomics, not the most comfortable gun, but it wasn't designed to be.

Overall the BRS is a neat little smg. Although any idiot can break it, (which I did) any idiot can easily fix it (which I did). The only real problem with the BRS is the anorexic magazine, but this shortfall is easily overcome if you happen to have two BRSs, one for each hand . Also if this gun manages to upset the Fudds, then in my opinion it is worth every single penny.
