Back in '97 I purchased a set of Brunton Eterna 10x50 Binoculars. After many hard years of use the front adjustment ring broke last fall (pack horse-bear etc), the eye cups had peeled off and the focus just wasn't what it used to be. A call to Brunton's warrenty center just before Christmas got me a return warrenty number and off to the factory they went. 10 days later via UPS (no charge) a pair of BRAND NEW Eterna 10x51's were at my door, as well as a $20 USD Brunton gift card to cover the cost of sending the old ones back to the warrenty center. WOW was I impressed.
