It was the property of 101 Cadet Corps
Vancouver Public Schools Cadet Regiment
Vancouver, BC
Formed November 18, 1903, Disbanded January 21, 1941
I'm guessing T.H.S. to be the initials of T-something High School

Possibly Templeton High School or the Technical High School. Both had cadet companies. The E is quite possibly the company designation. The 3 is probably the rack number where the rifle was stored in the armory. Ah, the good old days, when high schools had armories!

No idea, sorry.
I've seen original condition Cdn broad arrow stamped Martinis with and without discs.
Also, many that have been refinished over the years have had the disc removed, the stock sanded to remove the disc recess, and the screw hole filled.
