I have these two bsa 1918 mk3's. no markings visible on wood. Top one is marked III followed by a star
bottom one is marked III followed by two horizontal lines. numbers not matched on top one.
The top one has a cut off - should be marked either MkIII or MkIII* with the star struck out. I think we'd (at least I'd) need to see some of the markings from the barrel and to see if/when/where they were FTR'd before trying to fix a value.
