hey guys, i'm looking at building up a precision .223 for gopher, coyote and target shooting. i don't want to spend major bucks on optics. i want the whole gun to be built for under 800 bucks. i'm thinking of putting one of the BSA Optics side-wheel focus military/tactical scopes on it. are BSA scopes any good? anyone know where i can find them for a decent price?

I have an older contender mounted on a 10-22... works OK, but I wouldn't trust it on a centerfire rifle. Heard of too many guys having problem with their crosshair.

If you are on a limited budget,
1- check ebay for a good deal on a slightly used Weaver or Nikon.
2- Have a look at the Bushnell 3200, 10x

Pretty hard to beat for $200

where did you find a 3200 for 200 bucks? at the local store, they're a little over 350 after tax. i have a 3200 on my 7mm, and i love it. but it's not the tactical style. if i could find one for that cheap, i'd buy it.
