Bought a BSA Red Dot Scope. Sighted in on the 10/22 at 50 yards and shot my self sealing orange ball at 100.
Checked the hold at 50 before calling it a day. Loaded 10 rounds and following the fourth shot the red dot was shifting with every shot.
Checked the target and had a nice 4 shot group but not one additional hit on the target.
Email to GAMO Outdoors USA.
There is no repair depot in Canada. Ship it to them and include $10 for them to return it to you . . . but they do not have a licence to ship to Canada so you need a US shipping address.
The part about refunding your purchase price does not apply to Canadians.
They will repair it and waive the shipping to the US address.
It was shipped to MO but the phone call today was from Florida.
So with a $7.75 shipping cost and a $2.50 pick up at package express I will write it off against the 20 cents per liter I save on 68 liters of fuel!

For BSA warranty send it here....

Also you could wind up in a world of legal trouble exporting that from the US yourself.

As stated in the original post, it was always my intention to get my money refunded.

the downsides of buying cheap.....

BSA is garbage. 20$ of shipping on a 40$ unit is crazy.. My advice is:

1) take the hit, throw it away
2) save your $
3) Buy something decent backed by a real warranty
4) Be happy for the rest of your life
