I think my new GHM9 purchased from Wolverine might have a defective side folding stock:
My only other experience with folding stocks is the Type 81 and that thing seems indestructible. I've yet to call Wolverine since they're closed today and want to hear input from fellow owners.

I think my new GHM9 purchased from Wolverine might have a defective side folding stock:
- When in the unfolded position the stock is very easy to fold. I can do it with pinky. My cheek can disengage it sometimes from the low ready to a cheek weld position.
- When going from folded to unfolded, I have to engage unlock button for the stock to lock in properly. Unlike the type 81 where you can casually slap it in closed and it locks into place. The metal locking lug looks grooved to lock the stock with momentum, but I understand that its much lighter being polymer, can other folks do this?
- Both the the plastic locking groove and metal lug on the receiver appear as they should new, no excessive wear.
