Bubba'd? and PDF of books?

Hey guys. What does the term "Bubba'd" mean? (I imagine that it means, the guns been f'ed up. Like taken apart by someone and the serials dont match, and such.)

Also, is there a PDF of the PAL and RPAL books? I saw someone mention them on here once.

EDIT: 2 more questions:

1) My mom has a criminal record which states that she may not own a firearm in the household. Could this affect me from owning them and storing them in the house (obviously locked away), in any way?

2) Since my mom has a criminal record, can I still put her as one of my references? Or would it be better not to?

Bubba the self trained "gunsmith" usaully takes a military surplus (Milsurp) rifle and cuts the wood shorter to "sporterize" it, thereby turning a $500 gun into a $100 gun.

"...My mom..." She won't be owning them or have access, but I'd almost bet you'll be denied if her prohibition says 'not in the house'. Wouldn't use her as a reference either.
