Bubba'd milsurps found at craft show

There are few to zero "real" M1 Garand tankers. Only a very few were made during WWII for trials. Any tanker Garand you are going to see in Canada is something made up by commercial or amateur gunsmiths. BM59 stocks and accoutrements are okay, as they are not the prohibited part. The prohibited part is the receiver itself.

Did you say he was trying to get $1250 for a Yugo SKS and a s**ty scope slapped on it with a wonky mount?!
$1250!?

Yup. That's what he was asking. At that stage I promptly put it back and walked on lol
We have another Christmas craft and gun show coming up this weekend. That's gonna be good because the wife goes looking at her crap and I look at guns. Corwin arms showed up last year. Maybe again this year, never know

I know people who used and saw first hand Yugo snipers, exactly like the one on that table.

They were made in the 1970'2-80's by forces of all sides during the Yugoslav wars, and they have all sorts of scopes. They weren't issued that way, but they are original field DMR's. They did exist.

The question is if his is an original. Probably not, as few made it here.

So, in other words besides Proof of use{in the Yugoslav wars} there is no difference between one actually used & some jack ass making one out of '###' random number of various parts, & a YUGO SKS, then making claim. Basically like any one of us taking our $200 Russian & putting a NC star on it, & if a War broke out here..haha! ..well, then we have a SNIPER SKS! all a sudden, & after the war we sell it for $1200 :D You should totally call him out on it at the next "Craft Show" bring a slew of proof why he is a jerkoff!

yup, I was at that crafts and guns show. It was pathetic. Saw that table too, and the prices. Wasn't interested one bit. Although my knowledge of milsurps isn't that good, even I knew his prices were high.
