Today I bought an extra #4 Magazine from a local Gunshow, and someone had blocked it to hold only 5 rnds...when I got home I took the Magazine follower out and found this Gem.

Some chunk of aluminium that says "Sunbeam" on it...great work Bubba...block off a Magazine with a chunk of garbage for no reason other then you can't read that the regs allow 10 rnds.

I Still need to make some adjustments to get the Mag to work in my rifle, but I just thought I'd share this little moment. :D

My first car was a 1960 Sunbeam "Rapier" Model. That looks like one of the parts I was missing off it ... :p

You could always run an ad in the EE claiming it's a rare wartime expedient modification .... :D

Don't throw it away! It may be part of the missing link as to why C-68 cost so much... getting lieberal grants to make useless products to back useless laws. LOL.

Sell it on ebay.....they buy anything. The crappier and more useless the better they like it, go figure.:puke: tell them it was Hitler's Sunbeam that was smuggled to America piece by piece.

Possibly blocked to comply with provincial hunting regs?

I always pictured Hitler in a Jaguar SS, not a Sunbeam.

Nah, it was a convertible mercedes limo. I've seen it at the war museum... lol. Guess totalitarian dictators felt invincible enough in the 1940's to not go "popemobile" at parades...
