I've had my buckmark pistol for a couple years now and have probably fired a couple thousand rounds of various high velocity ammo but it always seems to have a fair amount of ejection failures. I bought this gun for its reputation and reliability and it's never really performed like I hoped. Even after a thorough cleaning same provlem, if anything it's getting worse over time. I get anywhere from 2-5 FTE's every magazine. Does anyone have expierence with a similar problem and a possible fix?

failing that, replace the ejector sounds like it may be a bit off spec. probably not worth more then a few bucks, but may take a while to get hold of. Sorry to hear of your bad experience with them, i've never known one to be fussy at all.

I had a close look at the extractor today and it won't hold a shell tight against the bolt face. Correct me if I'm wrong but, from what I understand the extractor should be able to hold a shell in place. I can wiggle it fore and aft... So i guess I can assume that's the problem?

I would just replace one part at a time until it is resolved. Try this in this order. Ammo (try different types), ejector, extractor, return spring. Then polish chamber. If that all fails then your in possession of a lot of spare parts and go buy a new gun.
