There are a few people interested in comparing today's best powders with stuff from the old days. if you were within driving distance of me I'd pay you $50 for it, even without the tin an. The empty can would probably fetch $40 at one of those antique malls. Check ebay to see if you can find a similar can.
Unless the powder got wet, it'll be as good as the day it was made. Black powder doesn't go bad.
