Browning Acier Special 30" full choke

Winchester Model 12 Full choke.

What would the cost of re-choking these be, and is there any other problem that steel shot can cause, as these were all passed down to me and I do not want to ruin them.

Mossberg barrels are fairly inexpensive (about $160) if you want a choke tube barrel. You might be also able to find a newer, Japanese barrel for your Auto-5.

A gunsmith should be able to open up chokes for less than $100, which is an option for any of your guns.

What about a H&R single shot? You can usually pick one up new for 130$ - 150$. Good quality, inexpensive, and reliable.

I got mine in the spring (3.5 waterfowl edition) and love it. For under 500$ I am very pleased with my purchase. Taken it to the range a few times and its a pleasure to shoot. Cant wait for geese in the next few weeks.
