When I put in the order that means I am ready to buy and pay. I had an order number, that means my order is submitted and ready for payment to be sent. It is not my fault his website won't do the shipping for my home address.

And why should I have to phone him, what's the point of the website then? Maybe I should have called him at 11:42pm when my order was put in...

A business like Henry's is not the CGN EE.

Then your complaints are with him and not me. I don't know how I got in the middle of this. I understand both sides. Except for Caramel. I can never understand him.

I ordered mine the min the site went online, like i was browsing the site, when i saw the shopping cart was activated again. I bought mine when he had full stock.
I just went back thinking if i should get the last two when i saw how fast they sold out.


Just went back to my emails, Sept 3rd 1:02am is when i ordered my powder and got the confirm email, sent EMT at 1:12am.
Im a programmer, I live on the internet.

Ya, well I submitted my order and was willing to pay on the spot on Sept/02 at around 11:40pm. Yet, 24 hours later there was still Varget available on his site according to your post and I had still not received a shipping quote. Then I get an email on Sept/04 at 2:16pm telling me there is no Varget left, sorry.

Can you see what is wrong with this picture???
 
What has Henry said?

Maybe he was behind entering orders on the webpage and you ordered non-existing Varget.

I'm sure Henry's absense shows he's running like mad to fill orders from his return.

I see no reason to whine on here unless you call and talk to Henry first. He's the only one with the answers.
 
If it makes you feel any better I got the same response to my order but knowing webpages are often wrong, I knew it was a high probability of that happening. I'm at fault because I saw they had 42 lbs and didn't order till the next day as I was waiting on friends to see if they wanted to jump on the order.

Well I am not sure why you shipping quote wouldn't come up, mine told me as soon as i entered my address, how much it would be and sent me a total. Which I paid, the reason you didnt get yours was there must have been something wrong with you entering your address, which is why it didn't tell you how much yours was, and hence your order wasn't completed.

Shopping carts can be weird. I bought what I thought were the last two. I knew it was risky but I paid for it and everything. No joy. It's OK because I just ordered other stuff to make up for it. I'm sure Henry will look into it with the folks that make the shopping cart software. Real time inventory can be tricky I guess.

Yeah. Not enough inventory for the high demand. I know I'd hate to have to sell for thousands of people out of my basement.

To take the other side, my residential address worked and always have, but my work address has only worked once, and has not worked since.

I like to ship to work because I receive it VS me driving to Canpar to pick it up. But yea, sometimes it doesn't work or like certain addresses.
 
Awesome , my package just arrived . Had it delivered to me at work so the wifey doesn't get a hold of it first.
