A few days after I got a quote on a new press and stand, Henry announces he is going on a 2 month vacation.
Turns out he is still making sure to fill out his orders, even though he is on vacation. He is shipping my order next week apparently.
That is some serious customer service right there

yes its nice henry lives 5 minutes from my house. saves shipping. i don't mind him having a holiday. i usually buy well in advance of needing supplies.

I try to time my bulk purchases for when I will be on the mainland to save the shipping. Been to his place a few times and the orders are always correct and ready to go.

Henry is the best, I buy all my reloading supplies from him Wish he was open right now as I need to pick up a few things, but they'll have to wait till Sept. If anyone deserves the vacation he does. He's made every effort to accommodate on orders where I'd need to pick up at a specific time. Can't get better treatment of customers.
